Thanks for the responses regarding my inquiry. Just to let you know, I decided, with the help of a friend who has ferrets to let Hershey go. Jeff's post later last evening solidified my decision. So it is with a sad heart with a Hershey sized hole, that I let you know I let her go this morning. She is dooking and dancing at the Bridge, I am sure, full of breathe and free of pain.
