One thing that hasn't been addressed at all has been Kathy's concern about the availability of the Purevax vaccine. In a private response earlier in this discussion I stated that the shelter I assist with has given up on purvax because it is only manufactured in one limited production run and whenever we tried to get the vaccine later in the year it would not be available until the next run 6 months later. Between costs, reaction rates we've seen, and availablity issues it doesn't instill a lot of trust on our end in this particular vaccine.
