Well, you are actually talking about quite a bit of toxicity there.

Grapes are a cause of acute kidney failure in cats, dogs, and ferrets, and there is no reason to suspect their seeds would be any safer. Check the article on that problem in ferrets which was in Ferrets Magazine, and go to PubMed to see more with related animals like dogs:

Grapefruit increases the effects of a large number of medications so if your ferret is getting one like that you might produce the same results as an overdose. You can find info on that all over the place.

The only veterinary safety study I know of in relation to colloidal silver use was a very old one and it was external use only, but i have not followed that topic, so use PubMed. On a quick search i find it possibly associated with the development of dilated cardiomyopathy:
