These might be among the things to bear to keep in mind if this is not lymphoma. I just looked up messages containing the word "salivary" from Williams in the separate FHL archives. Infection might also be a possibility. That can inflame a nearby node and certainly things like those already mentioned and tooth root infections can happen.

You already got some lymphoma replies and so perhaps did someone else. (It always pays to check replies other than ones to you because there are often things to learn.) There are different types of lymphoma, different locations, and there are designations that are different in other ways which can say a lot about how virulent lymphoma will or won't be.
