I have had a number of Deslorelin implants done (i.e. >10) and my experience has been that the fur takes the longest to come in, sometime around 3 months post implant.
You do not say whether her vulva's swelling has gone down - that should tell you whether the implant is working or not. Have any other of her clinical symptoms gone away or diminished in intensity e.g. aggression, itchiness, etc.?? Hair regrowth as I said, has been the last symptom to go. Sometimes they go through an early seasonal shed before hair regrowth begins.
