Hi all
Thanks for your replies, much appreciated.
I checked him over today and his swollen face has pretty much gone now. The only thing I can see is now he has a black splodge in the top crease of his right ear under his fur. I'm thinking insect bite? I don't think it would be stress as nothing in his environment has changed and he has lived with his sister his whole life. Will continue to check him over the next few days.
