We are in San Francisco and our vet charges $126 for the implants which includes his office visit/exam if you need something checked out. They come in packs of 2 so the vet tried make sure there are 2 critters ready to use them. It's just stakes a little paperwork to order them from overseas but they are available.
They have made a tremendous difference in ours.
