Jeff,

We have very similar symptoms with our boy but he is also doing the speed bump pose when let down on the floor.  Waiting for blood work to come in but we are having to do flagyl.  Monkey is a bruiser and incredibly strong weighing 3 lbs.  I found by loading 1 syringe with some ferretone and the other with flagyl, I do ferretone squirt to coat the mouth and follow it with the squirt of flagyl aimed directly at the back of the throat (I know they say do it from the side but this is only .2 ml of the stuff and he's scruffed vertically)  I was shocked at how Monkey didn't freak like I expected.....no foaming at the mouth either!

Best of luck to you both!
