It just seems like flagyl would have kicked in by now. Whatever it is, it must not be responding to that particular med. Yep, I'd get him back to the vet ASAP.

No X ray nor ultra sound done since the vet palpated his belly and found no
sign of pain or blockage.  His grey ish,viscous diarrhea is still just as bad even after
2 days of the flagyll..... : (

Not sure if his regular vet should be called and wonder if I should wait a couple days and take him in for a second visit....?

[I would not wait because he could very quickly become dehydrated and then it becomes a more complicated picture, plus he is at risk of organ failure. Can you get him to an emergency vet clinic or call your regular vet for an emergency appointment? - Moderator (TD)]
