Thanks for your reply Jeff. Right now Meeko is on prednisolne; he is currently getting 1ml twice a day in liquid form. I`ll try dividing up the dose to give it three times a day. I`m so sorry to hear you have so much experience with insulinoma; this disease is terrible. I hope and pray someone will come up with the answer to stop this from happening to them. Julie
