the lump could have been an abscess hence the "necrotic tissue" finding. The bloodwork doesn't scream out anything awful. Her BG is at a good level. (whatever that dose of pred was). If you can go to Madison though, I would. There are some good exotics vets at the vet school and you'll feel more confident for Zoe getting a good diagnosis. If she does need any advanced imaging or services, the vet school will be able to do it all right there, and you'll feel like you've done everything you could.
Green urine can be seen sometimes after anesthesia with propofol--this is a temporary post-op side effect. not sure what else might cause it.
One of the moderators recently posted a list of differential diagnoses for swellings under the jaw--lymph node, tooth root abscess, and salivary mucocele are some of them.
