I apologise for chiming in late here, but the Kaolin-Pectin can be found at many feed stores. I purchased a gallon of it- yes, sans sub-salycilates, at an Amish hardware store here is SE PA.
I do recall Neeps having it recently and there is no Rx necessary to obtain it from any where.
