Yes, Brewster Kahle's site

is very useful for a great many uses.
I had not used the Wayback machine before so here is what I found after playing:
<http://web.archive.org/web/20090623082714/http://www.afip.org/consultation/vetpath/ferrets/index.html>
and the way that I got there was that first I went to
http://www.archive.org/
Then on the
All Media Types
scroll I selected
Wayback Machine
and pressed
Go
then I put
http://www.afip.org/ferrets/index.html
in the box and clicked
Latest
Then it put up a page saying that it was redirecting and then took me to a variant of the index.
So, there are the step by step procedures.
