Thank you Dr Ruth. Fox actually is eating very well, and he is very alert and engaged. He just isn't too playful. He does have some hind end weakness. His symptoms other than the lump are: lays straight out with nose pointed (at times), does not play but watches while laying, hind end weakness (slight, he gets around fine, just abnormal gait), and incredible itchiness (seems to be mostly his belly, also his foot and ears, but mainly his belly). I will ask my vet if the xray showed a solid bony structure or mottled, because that I do not know. I do know from the xray they did not feel it was compromising him inwardly. Thanks again.
