She may still have fleas. What did you do to eradicate them?
Did she receive treatment for the fleas from a vet? If not, would be a good idea to take her in and get one of the veterinary treatments for fleas, e.g., Revolution, etc. Do not use any flea treatments that you can buy from a retailer. They are extremely dangerous to use in ferrets!
She may also have an allergy to the flea bites she did get, or may have ear mites, which can be very uncomfortable and itchy. Again best to have a ferret knowledgeable vet examine her.
