I saw the photos earlier and sent some things for you to see in
two posts with different topics, both of which mention lips.

Read in the sebaceous epithelioma report how pathologists not used
to it often misdiagnose it, and also read how if it is left more
serious problems can arise within it.

Is the bone involved on x-ray or is this entirely dermal? SCC tends
to involve the bone and usually bone has to be removed in surgery.

You may be best served by having the vet or lab pass along slides to people
who specialize in reading ferret pathology reports such as Dr. Mike
Garner at NW Zoopath, or Dr. Matti Kiupel at Ferret Health Advancement
at Michigan State, or even in sending new slides to those experts.
