I have had two on the furosimide. Tauvi had a severely enlarged heart
and she received .4 ml (point 4) twice a day. When she was first
diagnosed she was on a lower dosage and only once a day. It increased
as the condition got worse. She was a fighter and lived with the
enlarged heart for nearly two years. I lost her a few weeks ago. She
would have been 10 next month. My other boy who had a mild murmur and
collected fluid was on .2 ml (point 2) once a day. His dosage never
changed. I ended up losing him to a tumor.
