Only a thorough exam by a vet and an ultrasound can tell you for sure if there are tumors that are causing the declining health and the symptoms that you are seeing. However, given her advanced age, and the fact that you missed some of her medical treatment for the adrenal disease, it does sound as if there's a good possibility that her tumor or tumors have started to grow rapidly.

The Lupron and Deslorelin that you have been using can only keep adrenal tumors under control for so long, and if you don't keep up with the treatments, it can be a window of opportunity for the tumors to start to grow rapidly. What you are describing is similar to what I experienced with my boy Pop last year. He was much younger than Pita, but an ultrasound did show a very large right adrenal tumor. By the time I had it diagnosed via ultrasound, it was too late to do anything, and within 2 months I had to put him to sleep. The larger adrenal tumors are often carcinomas, which grown very rapidly.

If your Pita continues to worsen, including becoming more bloated and itchy and showing more signs of pain, please don't let her suffer the painful death that the carcinoma can bring. Find a vet who can euthanize her humanely. At 7 years of age, she's had a full life with you, and I’m sure you do not want to see her suffer needlessly in the end.
