Either type can be ordered depending on the need.
The ones who use it for chemical neutering sometimes use the larger ones.
The ones using it for prevention tend to use the smaller ones annually.
Most with adrenal disease use the smaller one, but some who are dealing with extreme cases use the larger one while others with extreme cases of adrenal disease are advised to instead give the smaller ones but at more frequent intervals so that two implants are releasing meds at the same time, as we needed to have done with Telemna's carcinoma.
