Hi Troy Lynn,

Poor little tyke : ( Was the store manager ever charged?

That aside, I see that you are using homeopathic remedies, I use them in conjunction with traditional medicine and have used them for 30 years in animals with much success.

Aconite 6C is quite helpful for shock and will help his mental state. Dose once and only repeat if it doesn't appear to have helped.

Arsenicum at 6C will help with anxiety. Again dose only once and repeat in 3 days only if necessary. You are already using Arnica, which can be repeated as often as needed and will help speed up healing.

I wouldn't use the straight pellets because you will neutralize them if you touch them. You can make a dropper bottle by filling it with distilled water, dropping 2-3 pellets into the water, directly from the cap and not touching them. Once dissolved, succuss the bottle, i.e., pound it onto your open palm 10 times. Give about 1/4 dropperful. It has to be succussed before you use it every time to activate the solution, but not more than once a day. For example if you are giving him Arnica several times a day you only succuss the bottle the first time you use it that day.

Additional remedies would be Symphytum 6C dose once. This will help the bones to mend. For pain Hypericum 6C 3-4 times daily as needed.

Just a note on the potencies, 30C is mid-range, and works well with something like Arnica, which is short acting and can be repeated as often as needed.

The lower doses, i.e.,6C are good for physical healing, old or infirm animals.

I want to stress to others who may be reading this, I have worked closely with a homeopathic vet over many years, with full knowledge of my conventional veterinarians. Homeopathic remedies under the guidance of a homeopathic vet who is willing to work with your vet and vice versa can work out very well. But it requires the cooperation of both vets. There are practitioners in either discipline who are not open to such an arrangement. And if you are lucky you can find an exotics vet who works with both systems. And yes, they do exist!
