Was she being monitored for the 3 days she was stuck in the cage to make sure she was eating and drinking normally? If she became depressed she may not have eaten or drank much. If there are other ferrets in the cage whoever was watching them may not have noticed she wasn't eating. If the cage is multiple levels she may have injured herself in a fall.
When you say she was fine last night, did you take her out and she was playing normally? Do her eyes looked pinched? Pinched eyes can be a sign of dehydration. If you can find a vet to check her for dehydration they can give her lactate ringers sub-q to get fluids in her. We typically give 50 - 100 cc's a day to combat dehydration.
I've never used sugar water but I have used cake icing, pancake syrup, and honey for low sugar episodes. If it is low glucose and it has been low for a bit it can take time to raise it. Since she is licking baby food off your finger you can mix up a jar of meat and gravy baby food (small jars - I use turkey), fill the baby food jar with water and mix it in, add ferretone and ferretvite, mix well. Pour a couple tablespoons of mixture into a small container and microwave for a few seconds to warm, stir with your finger to make sure there isn't any hot spots, pour into a small saucer, and finger feed her as much as she will eat about every 3 hours around the clock.
If her temp is low you will need to warm her up. Warm a towel in the dryer for a few minutes making sure it isn't too hot, and wrap her in it and hold her against your body. If you don't have a dryer you can put the towel in the microwave for a few seconds, again feel it all over to make sure there aren't any hot spots on the cloth.
