I give liquid melatonin.. It comes in a bottle you can pick up at most health food stores.. I do have a question though.. The dropper that is included is marked 1ML.. Am I not giving the correct dosage?.. Whats the difference between 1ML and 1MG?

Since the recommendation is to give 1mg of oral melatonin within a specific window of time i.e., 7-9 hours after sunrise, it would stand to reason that a slow release melatonin would not work as needed.
