1.0 ml means the liquid volume that you are dispensing. 1.0 mg is the amount of actual melatonin that you want to dispense. The bottle should tell you the strength in mg/ml, meaning how many milligrams of the melatonin are in each milliliter of liquid suspension. So, if itâs 1.0 mg/ml, then 1.0 ml of the liquid will have 1.0 mg
of melatonin. If itâs 2.0 mg/ml, then you would use 0.5 ml of the liquid to dispense the 1.0 mg of the melatonin.
>I give liquid melatonin.. It comes in a bottle you can pick up at most health food stores.. I do have a question though.. The dropper that is included is marked 1ML.. >Am I not giving the correct dosage?.. Whats the difference between 1ML and 1MG?
