How are you getting the urine.
I had the same problem with my Suki. I got the urine sample by using a clean,sterilised litter tray without litter and obtaining a sample after she had used it.
I found that the crystals were precipitating from the urine as it partially evaporated before collecting/testing and that there wasn't a problem in fact.
It shouldnt be possible to get both types of crystal at the same time as they are caused by opposing dietery problems.
