We had to do that with Scooter. He was allergic to all poultry and very, very badly so, even duck. Check the archives for posts from Sukie or Sukiec on Scooter, and that might help, Jeff.

There was also a ferret whose diet had to be based around ham with taurine supplementation and I think the name was Rinky Dink or Rinkydink or Rinky-Dink, so check that, too.

There is also z/d which has the protein complexes almost entirely broken down to amino acids. It's the protein complexes that cause the allergic reactions so that may work.
