Lupron Depot is standard treatment for ferrets with adrenal disease and is therefore, readily available through a variety of veterinary compounding pharmacies that ship throughout the U.S.

I have to assume that your vet is neither experienced nor knowledgeable about ferrets. However, he/she can consult with a ferret knowledgeable veterinarian located anywhere in the U.S., even if via phone. Where are you located?

I would have serious concerns to have ferrets that are not neutered without the services of a ferret knowledgeable veterinarian nearby. Breeding ferrets is best left in the hands of professional breeders who have the knowledge, skills, experience and capability to deal with the numerous complications that can arise during birth, and post-partum.

Where did you get the ferrets? The breeder should be able to give you the name of a ferret experienced veterinarian?
