Time to get to the vet. Possible causes include injury, or saddle thrombosis. The first if it is that bad needs prompt treatment. The second needs the triggering cause for clots being thrown (which is usually heart disease, but can be kidney disease, or some other things) found and prompt treatment. There are other possible causes, obviously.

If you do not have a ferret vet go to the Files section of the FHL (first URL in my sig lines) and open the link there to the Vets List.
