Yes, Dr. Mayer has relocated (unfortunately!) to another school out of state. Last I checked, they don't have their exotics dept open. I suppose you could bring in an 'exotic' for an emergency as they do have vets still there who treat 'exotics', but I don't know for sure. But to schedule any type of appt, last I checked, they are not as of yet doing that, until Dr. Mayer's position has been filled.
