Lynda, in the UK any vet can order deslorelin from Virbac, a well known medical supplier used by vets. Ask for "suprelorin 9.4mg for dogs". This is the only correct product. The package contains 2x4.7mg implants and normally one is implanted that should last 8-28 months.
One of my ferrets has been using these implants for the past 3 1/2 years.
