Subject: Fw: [ferrethealth] Shivering
To: "ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com" <ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com>
Hi Jeff,
If I gave little information it's because I don't know what to give. She's about two years old going on three. She's always seemed healthy. She eats science diet kitten food (we tried ferret food and she wouldn't eat it, we've also tried chicken cooked and raw and she won't eat that either.) and dog chicken jerky and cheerios sometimes for a snack. She also sneaks some of the cats hard food which is the One brand and for sensitive stomach. She gets a little cap full of cream to start her day.
She has no trouble pooping and when she gets started running around she no longer shivers. She has no hair loss and is quite active. We call her the energizer ferret.
She has no breeder marks and she was a rescue so we know nothing about her background except she was seven months old when we got her. She's always been very good natured and only bit a person once and that was because she was looking for a milk smell. Needless to say, we don't let her arnound babies.
She gets to run arouned everyday till about five pm then she gets a piece a jerky and it's bed time.
Ginny
