If she started showing signs of adrenal disease a year ago, and has not received any treatment yet, then you can assume that the disease has been progressing fairly rapidly and is in an advanced stage now. Add to that the lymph nodes being swollen, and you have a VERY sick ferret who ABSOLUTELY NEEDS vet attention and treatment right away. To say that she doesn't seem to be in pain is no justification for not getting the vet attention that she needs. Ferrets are notoriously stoic when it comes to "hiding pain"... it's their instinct to do so. But you can be assured that whatever is causing her lymph nodes to be enlarged is causing a lot of pain, not to mention the havoc that the adrenal disease is causing to her system. She may very well have lymphoma in addition to adrenal disease, or the adrenal tumor could be a carcinoma. Would you deny treatment to a human patient with cancer?
You obviously care about your ferret, or you would not have posted here. I'm sorry that I am being blunt, but to put it simply, if this ferret does not get some medical attention, then you are being cruel to her.
Here are some links that may help you find a ferret vet in your area:
http://ferrethealth.org/vets/
http://www.ferretuniverse.com/vets/vetlist.asp
and in this one you can also find who is treating ferrets at shelters by going to the shelter list for your own area and then seeing which vets they list:
http://supportourshelters.org/
If you truly cannot afford a vet, then use the last link to find a shelter to surrender her to. And make whatever donation you can to the shelter at the time of surrender. Adrenal disease and lymphoma are serious diseases that need treatment and an owner committed to getting those treatments on a regular basis. IF you cannot do this for financial or other reasons, then do the loving thing and don't make her suffer.
