If she has lymphoma nothing you could have done would likely have
prevented that. For that part of her problems you can't blame
yourself. At her age treatment will likely be designed to reduce
symptoms and keep her comfortable for as long as possible. Only a vet
can do those things. If the swelling isn't her lymph nodes and we're
still talking strictly about adrenal disease then that is likely still
treatable, either with medication or surgery. Once again, you need a
vet here.
I think a lot of us have been through tough times in recent years.
One way or another, you need to find a way for her to get help.
