Good news - the ferret coat colour book has been reprinted. Geoff Smith
(SAFA, Adelaide) received the copies from the printers today. Just in time for Christmas!
The book not only explores how coat colour and patterns are inherited but also which colours are 'healthy' and which may be not. To know that is not only important for breeders but also - and I think very much so - for the pet ferret owner because we all want our pets to live long and healthy lives and avoid heartbreak and astronomical vet bills. A good start in live is having the right colour - good food and TLC will do the rest!
