Did you take the pred back to the pharmacy? Â They need to know because if it *is* the pred, any other person or pet getting that med is at risk. Â They also may have received other complaints (if it *is* the Rx).
Were you able to check their BGs when they received the suspect pred? Â That would be useful for the pharmacy to know as proof of the pred's inefficacy.
Definitely talk to the pharmacist with your concerns.

I recently refilled my ferrets prescription for Pediapred (6.75MG/5ML). I got it from the same pharmacy that I've always gotten it from. Two of my ferrets that were on higher doses (.3 ML 3X day) began crashing.
