HI,
My ferret has adrenal disease in the right side, which is too dangerous a location to survive a surgery.He has lost a lot of hair & was scratching. I read that vit E with selenium helps, so I tried it. I don't see him scratching any more. I take a capsule of it & prick the end & squeeze it in his mouth. He licks it up. Now every morning he begs for it! But his skin does get bumped & nicked easily without the fur protection.
