She has gained weight, but she also seems to be just as lethargic as she began being in the fairly recent past. She began being more lethargic several months prior to her being implanted, and has remained being lethargic at the same level so far following the implant, which was done in September of last year. Her coat has bounced back beautifully, though, from the mild hair loss that she had been experiencing. As I mentioned in my response to Jeff, the vet thought that she might be experiencing IBD because of her bowel movements differing in length and in solidity from day to day. So, they gave her some additional blood tests yesterday to see if IBD might be the cause of her intermittent bowel problems. I don't know if IBD would cause her to be lethargic, or not.
