I just threw out my bag of Carnivore Care so I don't recall specifically, but check on the back of the bag... I believe it says if your pet weighs between 2 to 4 pounds, that he should be eating appx 4 dry tablespoons of the CC... it will tell you on the back of the package.  You can make it as thick or as thin you want w/ water.

When my boy was on it, his stools had a slight orange tinge to it too.  You can try also adding in babyfood, just the plain bland meat kind.  Hope your baby feels better soon.

I have been giving her Oxbow Carnivore Care which she has been licking
of spoon & saucer but I don't know in what quantity is enough to
keep her going. Her pooh now is formed and light to mid brown with a
tinge of orange but thin pooh. X-ray results - nothing abnormal
discovered apart from slightly enlarged heart ( have been given tablets
to crush up for this)
