Subject: [ferrethealth] expired test strips

Is it ok to use expired glucosoe test strips on ferrets and get an accurate reading? Ive heard of people using the expired ones on their animals and I am wondering if you get an accurate reading using them.... and if they are only a couple of months expired if these are still ok.... or even if they are 6 months if they are still accurate.... Does anyone know for sure??? Thanks, Anita
