We need a bit more information to put the results into context.
How old is your ferret?
How old was she when she was spayed? Any possibility of ovarian remnant?
Were any other diagnostics done i.e., ultrasound and/or radiographs?
Was the Reticulocyte Count done to determine the nature of the severe anemia i.e., regenerative versus non-regenerative?
Has she received a blood tranfusion for the severe anemia?
