Okay, it sounds like you want to bring jills who are already anemic out of heat. You do not give info to know how anemic they are.

***What type of infection? ***

***How anemic are they?***

Anemia that is too far gone from prolonged estrus is a well documented fatal problem for jills.

***Are they are the point where each could be given a bit of time for treatment by having blood transfusions from large males, or are they worse or better than that? Red cell count and in what volume?***

***How long have they been left in estrus (heat)?***

When natural lighting is used estrus usually begins in Spring.

If I recall right Virbac already distributes Suprelorin implants in the UK so the price won't include importation any longer and should be much more affordable if your vet has not gotten it since back when it was imported, but I don't know about use in jills left that long. Yes, Virbac (which now owns Peptech, located in Australia) has been licensed to distribute it in Europe since 2007:

so your vet can check on the price with them and it might be an option.

If you are in Australia then your vet can contact Peptech or Virbac.
