Des isn't going to be available through Virbac US in the immediate future. Virbac had a booth at the recent vet conference in Florida to inquire of US vets about interest in having the implants available in the US. My vet knows a gal who works for Virbac US and he spoke to her directly at the conference and she couldn't help when it came to the trouble ordering from Australia.
Back when Peptech was bought by Virbac we did have trouble ordering, which was understandable with the transition. We finally got hold of 5 implants around May, 2011. Then we placed an order for 40 but only got 20 and those all went into critters; the order was placed in Spring, 2011 but didn't arrive until September. We immediately placed another order for 40 but only got 15 in December. I can't understand why we can't get information about when we can have our orders!
Anyone have info about ordering from Virbac Europe?
