Is prednisolone now being given for the insulinoma that was just diagnosed? If so, then it may also help with the lymphoma. It might make sense to discuss with your regular vet whether or not you should wait a bit before starting the Cytoxan to see if the prednisolone alone might put the lymphoma into remission. It is a possibility, but not necessarily a probability, depending on the situation.
Sometimes chemo drugs work and a ferret can go into remission for a relatively long time. Other times the chemo drugs don't work, and the side effects can be somewhat debilitating. It can vary greatly depending on the situation and the ferret involved. That's why it might make sense to discuss this at greater length with your regular ferret vet before making a decision to definitely start the Cytoxan.
