Common sense can go a long way. The sad fact in my statement about my sisters ferret eating 10 or more raisins in a day, was because she had no idea they were toxic and certainly seeing raisin flavored commercial treats didn't warrant common sense at the time
unfortunately.
Who could have known that this many raisins would cause kidney failure back in the 80's. This ferret also ate this many raisins over the course of a year before her kidneys gave up if anyone wondered.
