If he is worsening after insulinoma surgery then he may have more than just insulinoma. It could be pancreatitis or a carcinoma of the pancreas. A carcinoma of the pancreas can act like accelerated insulinoma. Was part of the pancreas removed during the surgery? What did the vet find in terms of larger or visible tumors on the outside of the pancreas during the surgery?
