Sorry, rushed, due to lack of time. I have had it pointed out that how insulinoma is misdiagnosed was not entered in my post
1. Lab error
2. Poor lab use/notations or insufficient/poorly done testing
3. Basing diagnosis (or "diagnosis") on observation rather than on good blood numbers
I DID explain in the post how these things can happen. Again, apologies. Life is demanding these days.
BTW, diabetics can vascilate, too
