Mike, you * MIGHT * find that getting a Deslorelin implant to treat his adrenal disease will have some positive effect on slowing down the insulinoma. I don't know if there is any hard and fast evidence produced by a scientific study or not, BUT I have experienced this with at least one ferret, and I think there have been some past posts from others who said the same thing.
