Subject: [ferrethealth] Support Our Shelters (SOS) resource

I was asked to post this on behalf of Cathy Ryan:
It seemed to me that what might benefit Holly and Coco more than anything right now is hands on help from a ferret knowledgeable person and a ferret kowlegeable vet! Therefore, I have forwarded to Holly, the name of a ferret shelter in her community and the name of the ferret knowledgeable vet used by this shelter.
I am posting this on the FHL to remind people of another great resource for ferret information and help called the SOS. Support Our Shelters. This is where I found the information that I pray will help Holly find some peace of mind and continue her education in ferrets and their healthcare. Ultimately, as is always my goal, I am seeking help for a little ferret who needs us. Please remember help might be around the corner -- check the SOS shelter list for the US and other countries. You will find names of the shelter directors and their ferrets savvy vets.
