Has he been treated with antibiotics at any point in case there is an infection going on in the bladder that might be causing or contributing to the problems?
Keep in mind that there may be multiple problems causing these varied symptoms, not âjustâ one problem. If he is feeling badly from one problem, he might not eat or drink, causing weakness and dehydration, which might not show up at the particular time that his blood test was done, but which might cause weakness at other times. Do you know for a fact that he eats and drinks regularly, i.e. at least once in every 4-hour time period?
