so should a ferret with a disc problem be kept mostly grounded? my little guy's a climber and a jumper. i've tried to keep him from jumping too much but since he started feeling better with the meds he's really active though i removed most of the climbing toys. but he has to climb 3 short stairs to enter his FN to eat. it's mostly just the "pet stairs" and a low (about 5-6" tall) sofa that he climbs now.could that become an issue?

his problematic disc was in his lower spine like 2-4 before the base of the tail. i forget exactly which one.
