hi,

When I've had to deal with aggressive behavior between two ferrets, what I've done is to scruff the aggressive offender as quickly as I can and give a light shake while dragging them on the floor for a short distance ... nothing rough ... but it establishes who is the alpha presence in the house, which is ALWAYS going to be dad ... and also lets the aggressor know that showing aggression will not be tolerated.  Then, if possible, I scruff both ferrets and hold them together, facing away from one another, and rub each of their bodies together ... this allows each of the ferrets to have the others scent on their own bodies ... afterwards, while still scruffed, I allow each ferret the opportunity to sniff the others butt ... then I give love to each of the ferrets and let them know that, even though I've established my presence as the alpha and that said aggression will not be tolerated, I've also let them know that there is love involved and that I"m not choosing sides ... eventually, they both reach a point that they are not so quick to attack ...

Also know that it just takes a lot of patience on your part ... you have to stay on top of it and make sure that they don't do real harm to one another ... and please, never act out of anger ... I've had people tell me that they "spank" the offending aggressor in hopes of detering the attack ... this is NOT a recommended practice and I hope that you will never spank your ferrets.  hope this helps ...
